Protecting and preserving your wealth.
Anyone who owns property – a home, a car, a bank account, investments, business interests, a retirement plan, collectibles or personal belongings – needs an estate plan. An estate plan allows you to direct how and to whom your property will be distributed after your death.
An estate plan may include financing of your children’s education, making charitable bequests and taking care of minor or disabled children. Five Points Bank works with your attorney and your accountant to pursue all estate and tax planning options to give your investments every advantage and offer your family peace of mind.
There are many estate planning tools such as joint ownership, Wills, Trusts, and Business Buy/Sell Agreements that can help manage your finances during your life and beyond.
Acquiring wealth is one thing; conserving it is another. Because you can’t know the future, you need a plan and a partner to meet it with confidence, come what may.
